In Japan, Kaison, who was trained by the chef Kurosaki San of Sensei, was equipped with the strictest rules of Japanese cuisine.

The five-year period spent by Kaison with Kurosaki San is the process in which he has laid the foundation of his culinary art.

In his 26-year adventure he continues his art under the name Kaison Sushi.
